Royal Mail Tariff Change

Royal Mail have announced changes to their tariffs, effective Tuesday 2nd April 2024. Click here to view the latest zone map. 1st and 2nd Class Standard and Large Letter prices remain unchanged. Most other postal products and services are affected by these changes, including 1st and 2nd Class Small & Medium Parcels. As a franking machine user, you still benefit from substantial price advantages over stamped mail. Only Mailmark franking machines and our SendPro Online services are supported.

  • 16p difference on every 2nd Class Letter compared to stamped mail

The value of postage paid indicated by the Franking Mark on any letter must conform to the applicable rate and in order to comply with the HMRC VAT rules you must update the rates on your franking machine before 2nd April 2024.
